Hammer crusher wear parts

Hammer crusher is an equipment designed with advanced technology, which can achieve one-time processing and shaping of stone materials (directly crushing materials with a particle size of 600-1200 millimeters to below 40 millimeters), without the need for secondary crushing, low energy consumption, and low investment.

Application: It is used in building materials, mineral processing, chemical industry and electric power and other industrial sectors, mainly used to crush medium hardness and brittle materials.

Operational advantages

Reduce hammer wear: The method of controlling the size of the discharged particles with grate bars has been changed, which reduces the wear of the hammer head in the crushing chamber and increases the life of the hammer by 4-6 times.

Excellent finished product shape: The finished material can be adjusted according to the demand, coarse, medium, fine, and various specifications are complete; No flakes, no smooth body, multi-angle and multi-edged to ensure compressive strength.

How it works

The main working part of the hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer (also known as a hammer head). The hammer crusher rotor consists of a spindle, a disc, a pin shaft, and a hammer. The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, and is crushed by the blow, impact, shearing and grinding action of the hammer moving at high speed. In the lower part of the rotor, a sieve plate is arranged, and the particle size smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the crushed material is discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse particle size larger than the sieve hole size is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.

Case scene

Two kinds of metal hydrothermal composite casting, the striking part is made of eutectic high chromium cast iron, M7C3 exceeds 50%, the hardness reaches HRC62 or more, which is more than 1.5 times the wear resistance of ordinary BTMCr26.

Our new invention patent product, through a special casting process, inlays the ceramic alloy rod in the striking part of the hammer head, and integrates the advantages of high manganese steel without breaking and not hurting the hammer handle and ceramics

The advantages of alloy super wear resistance are combined, so that the hammer products are wear-resistant, and are widely used in 2630/2628 and other super large crushers and head crushing conditions (high manganese steel matrix is made of Mn18Cr2 material)

Our company's new invention patent products, on the basis of ultra-high chromium alloy composite hammer, are inlaid with ceramic alloy particles at the striking part, and the ceramic hardness reaches more than HRC70, so that the wear resistance of the product is more than doubled on the original basis, and is widely used in sand making conditions, river pebbles, granite and other crushing conditions with high silicon content such as large wear and tear and rapid loss of consumables.
